| Terms | Available lease terms: 7-15 months. Price range based on lease length and specific move-in date. |
| Month-to-month | Available at the end of the lease for an additional month-to-month fee, subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the lease. |
| Rent & Utilities Payment | All payments of rent and utilities shall be made via recurring Automated Clearing House (ACH) debit. |
| Fees and Deposits | |
| Non-refundable | Application fees are non-refundable. |
| Refundable | Security deposit (or holding fee) is refundable when certain criteria are met. |
| Lease Guarantors (Co-signers) | |
| Income | Guarantors (co-signers) are accepted only in cases of insufficient income for full-time students, senior citizens or applicants who cannot meet income requirements due to a disability. |
| Criteria | Guarantors (co-signers) must meet the landlords applicable resident selection criteria (including, but not limited to, meeting all applicable financial requirements). |
| Renter Insurance | |
| Requirements | Proof of renter’s liability insurance is required upon lease signing. Residents are pre-approved for liability coverage through MultiFamily Insurance Partners and can visit MFIP's website, or call 1.877.826.8203 for quotes. |
| Early Termination/Transfers | |
| Military Service | Request at least 30 days notice for active military service personnel with PCS orders. See lease for additional requirements. |
| Coast-to-coast | Move to another Aimco community without breaking your lease. Available to residents in good standing after three months of residency who are moving more than 20 miles away. Security deposit and other fees may apply, and you must reapply and meet selection criteria. |
| Transfer a Lease | |
| Roommates (Occupancy Change) | Remaining and new leaseholders must qualify when a roommate (occupant) moves out before the lease ends. Fees will apply for new occupant application processing. |
| Sublet/Sublease | Subletting of apartments homes is not permitted. |
